What is APEX Everest?
APEX Everest is not a standard race.
Climb the height of Everest, 8,848m over 9 ascents of Helvellyn
It is a multi-day endurance challenge where teams operate from Base Camp, plan routes, manage recovery, make tactical decisions and keep moving through changing terrain, fatigue and pressure.
The challenge is physical, but the real test is how well your team communicates, adapts and keeps showing up.
Your team hub for rest, recovery, kit, food and strategy.
Navigate event routes, complete objectives and return ready for the next phase.
Decide when to push, when to recover and how to use each person’s strengths.
Fatigue, weather, terrain and time pressure all become part of the challenge.
