The world is changing rapidly and young people have to navigate challenges like never before. Mental health and wellbeing is at an all time low and teachers are reporting that young people do not have the skills they need for life beyond school.
We believe that every young person—regardless of their background—deserves the social and emotional skills they need to thrive, we call this mental strength.
Our mission is to increase the mental strength of 1 million children by 2030.
The High Performance Foundation is an independent, registered charity affiliated with the High Performance Podcast. The Podcast has interviewed hundreds of the world’s top performers and gives the Foundation access to inspiring role models for young people. We use the power of these role models and storytelling to support young people to build the mindsets they need to improve their wellbeing and develop employability skills to thrive in life.

Veterans with complex mental health conditions need a specialist team made up of different mental health professionals to help them and we provide this. Our own clinical staff work closely with each other and the veteran to develop a treatment plan that best suits their needs. We provide highly effective mental healthcare to veterans, focusing on those with complex mental health issues resulting from their experiences during military service. Our clinical treatment show strong outcomes and positive experiences.
We complement services provided by the NHS and other military charities by providing treatment and support for those veterans who have some of the most complex trauma-related mental health issues resulting from military service.

The Orange Foundation was created in memory of Emma – a vibrant, fearless and uplifting woman whose favourite colour, orange, symbolises positivity and new beginnings. True to her spirit, the charity exists to help people living with cancer and their families face the journey with practical and emotional support.
Working through trusted medical referrers, the foundation provides grants (currently up to £2,000) to fund key areas of care. This includes patient advocacy to help people navigate NHS systems, diagnostics to speed up treatment plans, talking therapies for patients and loved ones, cosmetic treatments or accessories, and contributions toward cancer treatments that aren’t fully covered by the NHS or private insurance.
Emma faced her illness head-on and urged those around her to live life fully. The Orange Foundation carries that belief forward – making sure individuals and families get the help, clarity and confidence they need to make the most of every moment while dealing with cancer.
